Kanban Training Class
The Kanban Training Class is typically offered as a full two-day curriculum. It can be offered as an open class or as an in-house corporate client class. Open classes are offered periodically in locations throughout the world. Details of specific classes will be posted on this site.
This intensive training class provides an introduction to Lean, Pull Systems and Kanban and will explain how established industrial engineering theory can apply to software development process. Participants in this class will learn how to use the simple process of limiting work-in-progress as a driver of change.
The Kanban Training Class curriculum can be tailored to specific client needs.
This class is appropriate for software development managers, project managers, project leads and developers.

I am a strong believer in adapting to an existing organisation, so anytime you introduce agile you need to make it fit. I believe it is also generally accepted to pick what you need from a number of agile methodologies.
